The complete set of skills typically has a scientifically underpinned methodology within Videolab. Most of our customers in Belgium and the Netherlands leverage the MAAS-2.0, which is the most renowned framework for assessing doctor-patient consultations. MAAS-2.0 is developed by the University of Maastricht and has been widely used since 1992. MAAS-2.0 is supported out-of-the-box within Videolab.
Some customers have opted for a slightly modified version of the MAAS-2.0 or a completely different form, such as the OPTION 5 Form used by the Dutch Federation of Cancer Patient Organisations (NFK). Videolab comes with an advanced form-builder with custom reporting functionalities that can be tuned towards your own training and assessment methodology.
