Log in to your Videolab server
Each videolab server is a closed environment set up for a specific institution or department. This is an architectural choice from a privacy by design principle. This means that in order to log in to Videolab you need to make sure that you are on the Videolab server of your institution.
If you see your institution on the list but do not have login credentials you should request internally if you can be added to this server. Should you not know who to contact at your institution let us know we can point you in the right direction.
If you do not see your institution on the list but are interested in looking around you can create a free account on the demo server here. You should consider the demo server as a public space, do not put privacy sensitive content such as videos with trainees or patients on this server.
If you would like to try Videolab at your organization you can request to set up a pilot server for your organization. Please let us know, we are happy to help.

At the university of Leiden there are two servers, one for GPs, and one used in social sciences.
Maastricht University (UM)

At UM there is one general server and a different server for general practitioners. There is also a CloudControl setup in the skillslab that links to the general server.

The link to cloudcontrol only works locally, you can only use it when you are on the network of the hospital.

At Radboud UMC there are 2 servers. One server is for the General Practitioners and the other one is the general server for everyone else in the Health Academy.

Log into the servers
At UMCG there are 14 departments that have separate Videolab deployments, 13 of those are hosted on the same server in a multi-tenant system. This means that everyone uses the same login screen and the system automatically sends you to the Videolab environment of their department. Except for the GPs, they have their own server.
