At GGZ Breburg, our academy uses Videolab for supervision during training. In addition, several departments use it to support treatment.
What challenges were you facing before using Videolab?
We work with a vulnerable group of clients and were looking for a platform where recordings could be safely stored and shared.
What led you to search for a new solution?
The tools we previously used to make recordings were no longer provided by the organization. This forced us to look for a different, safe way to store and share them.
How did you first hear about Videolab?
We conducted an exploration of solutions used by healthcare organizations in the region and asked about their experiences. Videolab stood out the most to us.

Videolab stood out due to its user-friendliness and the short upload time of recordings — something that was very slow with our previous solution.
Can you share your goals for using Videolab? What do you hope to achieve?
The goal was to provide a user-friendly solution for safely making and sharing recordings for the purpose of supervision in training, as well as to support client treatment.
How effective is Videolab in supporting the specific objectives you mentioned?
The AIOS (residents) are positive about the user-friendliness. Making recordings is easy. Editing videos — such as cutting into fragments and providing feedback — is also straightforward. Uploading files is quick. Recordings can be shared by screen sharing in Microsoft Teams or by sharing the recording with another user within Videolab.
Was it easy for different stakeholders to get started with Videolab?
Videolab has been in use at GGZ Breburg for 3 months now, and so far, there have been no questions about how to use it. Videolab is intuitive in its design, making it easy to use.
Which Videolab features are most valuable to your organization?
For us, the most valuable features are the secure storage of recordings, the upload speed, and the ease of editing videos.
What feedback have you received from users within the organization?
"Videolab is very user-friendly and a huge improvement if you work intensively with recordings, for example for supervision. No more hassle with storage shortages, audio editing, or long upload times!"
